Edmonton Wedding DJ at Yellowhead Brewery.

This Saturday brought your Edmonton Wedding DJ to the Yellowhead Brewery in downtown Edmonton. The Yellowhead Brewery has become a very popular and trendy venue for wedding receptions in the past few years for Edmonton area brides and grooms.

It is definitely a great venue for smaller sized weddings. For this wedding they were running at maximum capacity. This left very little room for a DJ set up. Once you arrive at the venue and discover you really don’t have enough room for your setup, there isn’t much choice other than to make it work somehow, so that’s what I did. It was so tight that I could barely move all night, but other than that everything went very well.

The venue looked great with the Soundsations light show and the sound was awesome as well. The dance floor was kept packed all night. We actually went until just after 2 in the morning with no break in the dancing other than the bouquet and garter toss.

I can’t wait to be back at the Yellowhead Brewery but hopefully with a bit more setup room next time. Check out the short video of some of the dance floor action.
